What it is for

Every projectfinds its own shape.

Here there are four, modular and connected: the main hall for the plenary, the private room, the lounge area and the foyer, which also serves as welcome desk and registration. The rooms

Volume, and daylightfrom above.

Generous volumes, clean walls and no limit to the imagination. The main hall keeps its original cast-iron columns; the arches open the view through to the inner rooms, which follow one another in a single continuous route.

Studio Liberty — the clear hall with its arched openings and the Picasso exhibition poster
Studio Liberty — the more intimate room on the exhibition route, with large-format works

Next to the main hall there is a more intimate room, suited to exhibitions, shoots and presentations. The details are not decoration: they give the place its character. The same hall that holds a conference in the morning becomes a photographic set in the afternoon and a dinner in the evening.

Technical details

Two layouts.One single space.

The plan makes visible what the photographs suggest. In the reception layout the room organises itself around the guests, keeping entrances and circulation open; in the conference layout the seating, the stage and the support areas each find their place.

The location

In the heartthat beats loudest.

Via del Monte della Farina 51, in the Sant’Eustachio quarter. A short walk from Largo di Torre Argentina, Campo de’ Fiori and Piazza Navona: Studio Liberty sits in one of the liveliest, most recognisable and most accessible parts of central Rome. Vehicles reach the door at street level, with no stairs — not a common thing around here, and the reason this venue works even when a whole production has to be unloaded.

  • 02minutes from Largo Argentina
  • 04minutes from Campo de' Fiori
  • 05minutes from Piazza Navona
